Miniature plastic filter
Air Logic's miniature plastic filters protect sensitive components by preventing particles and debris from accumulating in the system. They are particularly suitable for protecting flow control components, such as throttling washers and nozzles, from clogging.
The filters are robust, compact and cost-effective. With filtration grades from 5 µm to 500 µm, the right level can be selected without creating unnecessarily high flow resistance. They are used in medical devices, analytical instruments, consumer products and more.

The filters have a flat stainless steel cloth filter medium and are designed for small units or as supplementary filtration in larger systems. They have no fixed flow direction, as the filter surface and enclosure volume are equal on both sides of the filter. The filters protect the circuit from assembly residues such as Teflon tape, damaged O-rings and machining chips.
