FilterTETPOR AIR - Sterile air and gas filters
TETPOR AIR sterilization filter cartridges offer exceptional filtration performance and the highest level of biosecurity in the process industry.Parker Hannifin -
FilterHigh Flow BIO-X - Sterile gas filter cartridge
HIGH FLOW BIO-X sterile gas filters combine proven depth filter technology with a weighted design to achieve retention down to 0.01 μm in gas. Flow rates typically 2-3 times higher than membrane filters make the HIGH FLOW BIO-X a filter that can significantly reduce the number of cartridges used and installation size in the fermentation and food and beverage industries. The specially developed PTFE impregnation process provides increased strength and permanent hydrophobicity to the borosilicate-based microfiber media. This ensures excellent performance in applications such as sterile gas delivery in filling lines. High Flow BIO-X series are available in a variety of configurations. FilterHIGH FLOW TETPOR H.T - Sterile rated air and gas filters
HIGH FLOW TETPOR H.T. gas sterilization filter cartridges offer unmatched performance in process applications where continuous operation at up to 100°C is a requirement. Typical applications include biological fermentations with high inlet temperatures, as well as heated vent filters on storage tanks whose contents are maintained at temperatures above 80°C, such as WFI tanks. HIGH FLOW TETPOR H.T. cartridges use a proven, naturally hydrophobic expanded PTFE membrane, validated as liquid sterilization rated to ASTM F838. This ensures efficient separation of airborne bacteria, viruses and bacteriophages. Polyaramid membrane support layer allows continuous operation at temperatures up to 100°C. HF TETPOR H.T series are available in a variety of configurations. For further information, please refer to the technical data sheet of the product.Parker Hannifin -
FilterHIGH FLOW TETPOR II - Sterile rated air and gas filters
HIGH FLOW TETPOR II gas sterilization filters have been developed to take advantage of technological advances in PTFE membrane manufacturing. This new generation of filters sets the standard with an unbeatable combination of efficiency, flow rate and strength. HIGH FLOW TETPOR II is validated to provide sterilization-grade filtration performance according to ASTM 838 methodology for bacterial challenge with liquid. This ensures that the filter guarantees the sterility of your process even in the worst-case scenario, when the filter may be exposed to larger amounts of liquid as a result of a process problem. In addition, slight changes in the structure of the hydrophobic PTFE material have resulted in a very robust product validated for 225 autoclave/steam sterilization cycles (up to 142°C [287°F]). The combination of non-woven support before the membrane and an expanded mesh layer after the membrane provides significant benefits, with increased protection and longer service life while not releasing fibers in the process. HIGH FLOW TETPOR II is suitable for all sterile gas applications, including fermentation inlet and outlet gas, venting, freeze dryers, autoclaving vacuum breaks and blow-fill-seal equipment. HIGH FLOW TETPOR II filter are available in a variety of configurations. For further information, please refer to the technical data sheet of the product.Parker Hannifin -
FilterASEPT-X - Sterile gas filters
ASEPT-X sterilization-grade gas filters have been validated to withstand over 100 reverse steam sterilization cycles without the need for condensate management. Customer tests have confirmed that ASEPT-X has significantly longer service life compared to the next best alternative, enabling dairy producers to reduce their annual filtration costs by over 50 %. Maintaining filter integrity under demanding conditions, such as repeated reverse steam sterilization cycles, also helps to protect the sterile process, reduce the risk of contamination, protect the product and extend shelf life. ASEPT-X series are available in a variety of configurations. For further information, please refer to the technical data sheet of the product.Parker Hannifin -
FilterASEPT-X2 - Sterile gas filters
The ASEPT-X2 series of sterilization-grade gas filters provides increased microbial safety and reduced operating costs for aseptic processing and packaging applications in the food and beverage industry, as well as for sterile gas and air filtration in industrial fermentation processes. The ASEPT-X2 gas filter has been validated to withstand reverse steam sterilization processes at elevated temperatures without the need for condensate management. This unique feature allows for reduced equipment and process investment (CAPEX) while improving automation capabilities, ultimately reducing engineering costs per filter application. Maintaining filter integrity under these demanding conditions also protects the sterile gas process, reduces the risk of contamination and provides significantly longer filter life compared to alternatives. Advances in membrane technology combined with the ASEPT-X2's unique design provide unrivaled performance in demanding process environments where condensate management is inefficient or not possible. The specialized hybrid membrane allows ASEPT-X2 to withstand significant stresses from high differential pressure at elevated temperatures - common challenges in applications involving automated steam sterilization (SIP). ASEPT-X series are available in a variety of configurations. For further information, please refer to the technical data sheet of the product.Parker Hannifin
