Learn more about rubber hoses

We supply rubber hoses that work well for a variety of media - such as water, air, chemicals and food. We manufacture the hoses in several rubber materials, including EPDM, nitrile, neoprene and natural rubber. If necessary, we assemble the hoses with couplings to ensure a strong and reliable connection.

Features and benefits of rubber hoses

Rubber hoses can withstand high temperatures and resist chemicals that can easily break down other materials. This makes them a reliable choice for industries working in hot and chemically harsh environments.

Thanks to its high flexibility, the rubber easily adapts to movement and pressure. The hoses bend and stretch without cracking or weakening, making them ideal for applications where mobility is required.

Rubber hoses also impress with their durability. They last a long time and rarely need replacing, reducing maintenance and downtime - which in turn increases productivity and lowers costs.

Rubber guide for rubber hoses

EPDM rubber: Weatherproof, resistant to acids, alkalis and water. Good for gaskets and seals with temperature range -40 to +120 °C.

Neoprene rubber (CR): All-round rubber with good oil and weather resistance, temperature -25 to +100 °C. Easy to glue, used in gaskets and pipe systems.

Styrene rubber (SBR): Inexpensive, flexible in cold weather but with limited weather resistance. Temperature -25 to +70 °C.

Natural rubber (NR): Durable and elastic, good for vibrations but less resistant to weather and oil. Temperature -40 to +70 °C.

Butyl rubber (IIR): Highly gas-tight and chemical resistant, higher temperature resistance than EPDM (-40 to +130 °C).

Viton (FKM): High temperature resistant (up to +250°C), chemical and weather resistant, but difficult to glue.
