Two dedicated LoTo solutions are selectable for manually operated GEA VESTA® valves. Easy-to apply BELLOW LOCKS block any valve action and keep the valve in either open or closed position.

VESTA® valve blocks are compact and versatile sterile valves with two independent actuators. The concept of the single-piece housing enables merging, separating or diverting of product flow in tight space conditions. VESTA® valve blocks offer optimized piping by simultaneously reducing dead spaces. In contrast to concepts with individual valves, solutions with VESTA® valve blocks reduce the required quantity of fittings and therefore also contribute to economical installation concepts.

VESTA® shut-off valves are used for the controlled shut-off of pipelines in sterile process technology. The modular structure allows optimum valve adaption to process requirements and capacities. Besides standard shut-off valves, the VESTA® valve line also offers valves with graduated housings for transit and diversion in installations. The type HCA graduated offer the seamless and cost-effective integration of VESTA® sterile valves in larger pipelines at low extraction volume.

Aseptomag® double-chamber valves AXV are used for the mixproof shut-off of incompatible products at pipe junctions in aseptic processing plants. Welded stainless steel bellows are used to hermetically seal the product area from outside contamination. The three integrated steam barriers (ISB) can be operated independently from each other and enable the safe separation of both product lines, even when two of the four valve seats are lifted. The integrated function of the single-seat lifting capability permits fully automatic seat cleaning during production. Thanks to the three independent steam barriers, AXV valves enables one side maintenance while production on the other side and offer maximum process and product safety.

Aseptomag® double-chamber valves DDK are used for the mixproof shut-off of incompatible products at pipe junctions in aseptic processing plants. Welded stainless steel bellows are used to hermetically seal the product area from outside contamination. The two integrated steam barriers (ISB) can be operated independently from each other and enable the safe separation of both product lines, even while lifting valve seat B of the double-chamber internal assembly. The third valve seat enables additional flexibility for your process with reduced downtime while cleaning. It even enables maintenance work at the valve for the lower product line while running production through the upper line.

Aseptomag® leakage valves ADV are the simplest form of mixproof shut-off valves. They are used at pipe junctions in aseptic processing plants for uncritical sterile products such as i.e. drinking water. A welded stainless steel bellows is used to hermetically seal the product area from outside contamination. The integrated steam barrier (ISB) enables the safe separation of the product lines with a sterile media and can be safely closed off from atmosphere via the two integrated side valves.

Aseptomag® divert valves are used for divert functions in UltraClean and aseptic processing plants. A welded stainless steel bellows is used to hermetically seal the product area from outside contamination. This special design and the durable valve seat seal, made of Tefasep®, enables optimum process and product safety.

D-tec® divert valves are used for divert functions in processing plants. The valves are an ideal fit for UltraClean applications but can also be operated aseptically. The D-tec® stem diaphragm prevents the ingress of microorganism from the atmosphere into the product and thus increases product and process safety. The innovative connection between valve stem and stem diaphragm minimizes the mechanical stress for the hermetic sealing element.

VESTA® sampling valves are used for sampling from product pipelines or vessels in aseptic processing plants. VESTA® sampling valves impress with their modular structure as well as their dead-space-free and compact design. Furthermore, the optimized flow design offers an ideal basis for efficient CIP/SIP processes.

VESTA® tank bottom valves are used for the controlled shut-off of liquid media at vessels. The positioning primarily takes place at the lowest point of a vessel, although the valve is also fully drainable when installed horizontally. The valve is characterized by its flush-mounted design, eliminating the possibility of any sump. The dead-space-free design offers the complete emptying of the vessel and optimum CIP/SIP cleaning. The robust design of the housing (respectively the housing connection flange) enables the seamless integration into processes. VESTA® tank bottom valves can be furthermore executed with an additional side valve. This option impresses with its compact design and ideal cleanability, which significantly contributes to process optimization. The side valve can be used for CIP/SIP supply as well as for drainage.
