  ASEPT-X2 - Sterile gas filters

  The ASEPT-X2 series of sterilization-grade gas filters provides increased microbial safety and reduced operating costs for aseptic processing and packaging applications in the food and beverage industry, as well as for sterile gas and air filtration in industrial fermentation processes.   Proclear PP - Liquid pre-filter

  PROCLEAR PP+ filters are designed to provide excellent retention and dirt holding capacity in pharmaceutical pre-filtration applications. Polypropylene-based filter media with optimized depth structure provide excellent retention and dirt holding properties, while ensuring broad chemical compatibility. Meltblown polypropylene depth filter media offer low levels of extractables compared to glass fiber or cellulose materials, while maintaining similar retention properties.   TETPOR PLUS - Chemical-resistant fluoropolymer filters

  TETPOR PLUS filters are made entirely of fluoropolymers, making them highly resistant to a wide range of aggressive chemicals. TETPOR PLUS filter cartridges are specifically designed for the filtration of liquids and gases in the bulk pharmaceutical industry, the chemical industry and biopharmaceutical processes where particle separation, bioburden reduction and guaranteed sterility are required. The increased use of ozonation in the treatment of WFI systems has highlighted compatibility issues with vent filters based on standardized polypropylene components. The introduction of a fully validated TETPOR PLUS filter cartridge with sterilization-grade 0.2 μm membrane provides long-term and safe performance in these applications. It also has the added benefit that filter integrity can be verified by water ingress testing.
