HIGH FLOW TETPOR H.T - Sterile rated air and gas filters
HIGH FLOW TETPOR H.T. gas sterilization filter cartridges offer unmatched performance in process applications where continuous operation at up to 100°C is a requirement.
Typical applications are biological fermentations with high inlet temperatures and heated vent filters on storage tanks whose contents are kept at temperatures above 80 °C, such as WFI tanks.
HIGH FLOW TETPOR H.T. cartridges use a proven, naturally hydrophobic expanded PTFE membrane, validated as liquid sterilization rated to ASTM F838. This ensures effective separation of airborne bacteria, viruses and bacteriophages.
Polyaramid membrane support layer allows continuous operation at temperatures up to 100°C.

Propor BR - Bioburden reducing liquid filter
PROPOR BR filters are specifically designed for fast and cost-effective bioburden reduction of pharmaceutical solutions.
The integrated melt-blown prefiltration layer provides high dirt holding capacity, while the polyethersulfone membrane ensures a bioburden reduction of >5 log and thus excellent microbial protection. This makes PROPOR BR filters ideal for bioburden reduction of LVP products prior to terminal sterilization.
PROPOR BR filters are also excellently suited as pre-filter and bioburden reduction step before sterilization-grade membrane filters.

High Flow BIO-X - Sterile gas filter cartridge
HIGH FLOW BIO-X sterile gas filters combine proven depth filter technology with a weighted design to achieve retention down to 0.01 μm in gas.
Flow rates typically 2-3 times higher than membrane filters make the HIGH FLOW BIO-X a filter that can significantly reduce the number of cartridges used and installation size in the fermentation and food and beverage industries.
The specially developed PTFE impregnation process provides increased strength and permanent hydrophobicity to the borosilicate-based microfiber media. This ensures excellent performance in applications such as sterile gas delivery in filling lines.

Proclear PP - Liquid pre-filter
PROCLEAR PP+ filters are designed to provide excellent retention and dirt holding capacity in pharmaceutical pre-filtration applications.
Polypropylene-based filter media with optimized depth structure provide excellent retention and dirt holding properties, while ensuring broad chemical compatibility.
