The Tygon S3™ B-44-5X IB hose from Saint-Gobain is clear and flexible. The hose has a non-porous inner core that prevents particles from sticking. It offers excellent resistance to strong alkaline cleaners and is not affected by commonly used disinfectants. Specially designed for food and beverage dispensing applications, the hose has a reinforcement layer that can withstand up to four times the pressure that non-reinforced hoses can handle. All layers of the Tygon S3™ B-44-5X IB hose are FDA compliant.

The smooth, non-porous inner core of the Tygon S3™ B-44-5X IB hose resists particle attachment and thus bacterial growth. Its excellent non-wetting properties facilitate complete drainage and increase overall cleaning efficiency, making it the ideal choice for food, beverage, dairy and other bacteria-sensitive applications. The hose is virtually free of taste and odor.

The Tygon S3™ B-44-5X IB hose is lightweight and easy to handle, making it quick to put into service. It bends easily around corners and obstacles and requires few couplings and fittings. Thanks to its flexibility, it can reduce hose length by up to 30 % and simplify work compared to installing rigid stainless steel, glass or pipe lines.
