The Versamatic hygiene range includes pumps for most diaphragm pumping applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Hygienically designed and available with both FDA approval and 3A.
Can be operated without mist-lubricated compressed air, stepless capacity control, self-priming and seal-less.
Can be run dry and work against a closed valve.
Equipped with Versa-Matic's unique patented air valve system that eliminates the risk of the valve falling into a center position.
Large selection of material combinations and sizes.
Suitable for abrasive media and gentle on the pumped material.
Suitable for highly viscous media.
- Flows up to 886 l/min and pressures up to 8.6 Bar
- Temperature ranges: up to 135 °C depending on the material.
- Material: Acid-proof stainless steel AISI 316
- Diaphragm: Hytrel, FDA Santoprene®, 2-Piece PTFE, IP Bonded PTFE
- Valve balls: PTFE, Nitrile, EPDM, Vitron®
