CN series - Hygienic centrifugal pump
CN hygienic centrifugal pumps in a simpler design, specially adapted for the food, brewery and pharmaceutical industries. The range consists of block mounted centrifugal pumps in 6 different models, all equipped with open impellers, independent shaft and IEC standard motors.
The design has been optimized to ensure a high level of hygiene by eliminating product residues and dead-legs. This enables efficient cleaning with standard CIP methods and sterilization processes with SIP. The internal surfaces of the pump are polished to a surface finish of 0.8 micron as standard, with the option of 0.5 micron on request.
- Flows up to 110 m3/h, pressures up to 70 m.
- Temperature range: -10°C ÷ +121°C
- Materials: Wetted parts CF3M 1.4409 / AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel and electropolished.
- Elastomer (FDA Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004): EPDM, Special fluorocarbon seal (FPM - FKM), FFPM - FFKM
- Connections: DIN - SMS - IDF - BS/RJT - DS - CLAMP and EN1092-1 PN16 flanges suitable for all international standards
- The pump is certified according to EHEDG and 3A for applications in breweries, dairies and other hygienic applications.
- A variety of options are available such as protective hoods, machine shoes, double seals, ATEX etc.
