CR series - Sanitary screw centrifugal pump
The CR series consists of centrifugal pumps specifically designed with a helical impeller and pump casing. This makes them ideal for gentle handling of delicate liquids containing large soft particles or contaminants. The helical impeller combines the advantages of a centrifugal pump with the gentle characteristics of a displacement pump.
Thanks to their ability to handle high solids products in a very gentle way, CR series pumps are ideal for food processing. They are particularly suitable for handling fruit and vegetables, soups and sauces, cereals, fish transport, food pastes, oils and wine recirculation.
The pump is equipped with an externally supported shaft that allows the use of IEC standard motors. It also has balanced internal mechanical seals that are front mounted for easy maintenance.
- Flows up to 150 m3/h and pressures up to 20 m.
- Temperature range -10 °C - +100 °C
- Materials: Wetted parts CF3M 1.4409 / AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel and electropolished.
- Elastomer (FDA Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004): EPDM, Special fluorocarbon seal (FPM - FKM), FFPM - FFKM
- Connections: DIN - SMS - IDF - BS/RJT - DS - CLAMP and EN1092-1 PN16 flanges suitable for all international standards
- A variety of options are available such as protective hoods, machine shoes, double seals, ATEX etc.
