CSD series - Aseptic centrifugal pump

Short-coupled aseptic centrifugal pump with open impeller.

CSD pumps are provided with a vapor barrier between product and atmosphere to ensure product integrity. It is composed of two different flushing systems: one with very high temperature water for the mechanical seal and the other is steam on the product pump connections.

Short-coupled with IEC motor. Balanced, internally mounted, protected mechanical shaft seal with rotation protection.

Documentation, certificates and tests facilitate validation/qualification for the pharmaceutical industry.

Flows up to 300 m3/h and pressures up to 90 m.
Temperature ranges -20 °C ÷ +100 °C
Materials: Wetted parts in CF-3M 1.4404 / AISI 316L stainless steel and electropolished (Hastelloy C276. Duplex SAF2507 and sanicron 28 on request).
Ra 0.5 micron available on request.
Elastomer (FDA Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004): NBR, EPDM, Silicone, Special fluorocarbon seal (FPM - FKM), FEP, FFPM - FFKM.
Connections according to EN1092-1 PN16 Flange suitable for all international standards.
A range of options are available such as protective hoods, machine shoes, drains, double seals, ATEX etc.
