TCHM/TCTM series - Chemical norm centrifugal pumps in compact design ISO 2858
TCHM and TCTM series of Pompetravaini are of the highest quality with high efficiency and attractive price to chemical industry and industry in general.
These robust and reliable pumps are based on the TCH series. They are manufactured in accordance with ISO standards 2858 and 5199. They are available in combination in simple monobloc assembly. Equipped with standard IEC B5 motors, allowing cost savings and better availability. The motors are directly connected to the pump without the need for flexible couplings and require no alignment. Perfect alignment is guaranteed, resulting in lower maintenance costs and longer service life.
An integrated shaft bearing in the intermediate section reduces axial and radial loads on the electric motor, resulting in less wear on rotating components and increasing pump reliability and durability.
High hydraulic efficiency and effectiveness and low NPSH requirements.
The impeller can be of a closed (TCHM) or Vortex (TCTM) type allowing the pumping of clean or contaminated liquids, thus providing wide use of these pumps.
Handling of clean or contaminated liquids in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, pulp and paper and general industries.
- Flows up to 500 m3/h and pressures up to 10 Bar.
- Temperature range -30 °C ÷ + 140 °C depending on pressure and material selection.
- Materials: Wetted parts are available in various combinations, Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, AISI 316/ ASTM - CF8M, ASTM-CN7M, Incoloy 825, Hastelloy C. (Special materials on request).
- Mechanical shaft seals, internally assembled in a range of material combinations according to (ISO 3069 / UNI EN 12756).
- The connections are flanged with the UNI2223-2229 PN16 standard.
- A range of options are available: ATEX version etc.
