Centrifugal pumps with open vortex impellers.

Handling of liquids with suspended solids or fibers, and muddy and viscous liquids.

The impeller is of the internal vortex type. The liquid is handled by means of the vortex motion created by the impeller which does not come into direct contact with the pumped liquid.

The design uses the pump casing, the bearing part from the TCH series and derived series. The highly efficient characteristics are therefore retained, with the added bonus that the number of spare parts to be stocked can be reduced.

Shaft seals single or double mechanical seal (ISO 3069 / UNI EN 12756) Cartridge seal and stuffing box seal in various designs.

The dimensions are compatible with ISO 2858/DIN 24256 and are identical to the pumps in TCH.

Pump and seal housings can be fitted with heating or cooling jackets as required.

From the TCH series are derived the TCT series - Vortex pumps, the TCA series - with open impeller and the TCD series - Thermal oil pump; all designed for very specific pumping applications. All these series use several common components.

Units up to 30 kW can be short-coupled, with the addition of a lantern piece to motors with B5 flange. This monoblock design provides alignment advantages, easy assembly and guarantee of perfect alignment, even after transportation.
