JP series - Progressing cavity pumps for dosing
Small progressive cavity pumps for dosing low and high viscosity products, including those containing solid particles.
High accuracy pulsation-free dosing for all types of liquids in various industries.
Pump and gearmotor in a close-coupled design makes the unit compact and easy to position.
The flow rate can be adjusted via the motor speed with an optional frequency converter.
- Flow rates from: 0.6 up to 1200 l/h and pressures 6, 12, 18 and 24 bar depending on the number of steps selected
- Material: Stainless steel version 316 Ti
- Mechanical seal: Single mechanical alt. Packbox braids.
- Stator: NBR, NBR light, FKM and EPDM, EPDM light; PTFE is only available for JP-7115.1 and JP-7115.2.
- Connections: BSP inv. G ½”, 1” and outlet BSP inv. G 1”.
