MAV Series - Vertical progressive cavity pumps for barrel handling
The MAV series of vertical progressive cavity pumps, made of AISI 316 stainless steel, are designed for vertical installation. The inlet is immersed directly in the product.
The progressive cavity pumps are used to transfer product and empty drums or containers. They are suitable for liquids with different properties, including those with low to medium viscosity or containing suspended fibers and solids.
The user can install the pumps on a special trolley. The trolley is manually or pneumatically operated to raise and lower the pumps in the product.
They offer constant flow without pulsations, self-priming function and low noise level.
A wide range of drive options are available, including fixed or variable speeds with motors that have integrated frequency converters.
- Flows up to: 9.8 m3 and pressure up to 12 Bar
- Temperature range: 90 °C
- Material: Wetted parts in polished 316.
- Stators: GA - NBR black GB - EPDM GD - FKM rubber Fluoroelastomer GE - HYPALON rubber GF - NBR white GG - NATURAL rubber GJ - HYDRO-TREATED NITR. rubber GL - SBR SCA972 GM - EPDM (white rubber)
- Sealing options: Single internal and external mechanical seal, double mechanical seal and cooled stuffing box seals.
- Connections: DIN, SMS, Clamp (Other connections on request)
- A range of options is available: Wide range of materials, finishes and accessories for compact, mobile or fixed installations. ATEX etc.
