Albin ALHP series - Pulsation dampeners
The Albin Pump ALHP inline pulsation damper reduces vibration and fluid hammer in your pipelines, thereby increasing hose life.
The pulsation is created by the operating principle of the peristaltic pump. The rubber hose in the pulsation damper adjusts its volume to compensate for the pulsation and provide a smooth flow to the outlet line.
This is done by means of a thick-walled, reinforced rubber hose mounted in a cylindrical carbon steel pressure vessel. The hose is surrounded by compressed air (nitrogen if ATEX equipped).
Albin Pump ALHP pulsation dampeners for inline systems can reduce up to 90% of the pulsation created by the pump.
ALHP pulsation dampeners are available in four sizes to cover ALH pumps from ALH25 to ALH125.
- Available for flows from 0-120 m3/h
- Withstands pressure surges of up to 15 bar.
- Connections: Flange DIN or ANSI (PN16, 150#)
- Product affected membrane hose in Polyamide reinforced NR/EPDM/NBR/VITON HYPALON/NR Food.
