NDM series - Magnetic drive chemistry pump ISO 2858
Magnetic drive acid-proof process pumps for the chemical industry where the highest standards of reliability and safety are required.
Impellers are dynamically balanced and designed to achieve high efficiency and low N.P.S.H. values that reduce the risk of cavitation.
Robust shafts supported by oil-lubricated bearings. Homogeneous SIC silicon carbide plain bearings - for very long life.
The NDM series is available both in block-mounted compact design and with a separate bearing bracket, so-called ”long coupling” with shaft coupling.
Modular design - Interchangeability with ND Kemi standard pumps.
Excellent hydraulic performance and highest efficiency.
The pumps are available with closed or semi-open impellers.
- Flows up to 200 m3/h and pressures up to 90 m.
- Temperature range: 300 °C (Material/application dependent)
- Materials: Wetted parts are available in AISI316L/ASTM CF8M (Incoloy 825, Hastelloy C on request).
- Robust magnetic coupling CoSa (Samarium/Cobalt).
- Sliding bearing SIC
- Connection: ISO7005 PN flanges, 150lbs ANSI B 16.5
- Available a variety of options: Jacketed pump housings, Pt-100 sensors, Inducers, QHP tester, ATEX etc.
