PCM series - Magnetic drive centrifugal pump in PP/PVDF
The magnet-driven PCM series is made of PP/PVDF plastic and is ideal for aggressive liquids such as hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, lye & alkali etc.
Pump casing with heavy wall thickness, machined from solid blocks of PP and PVDF. No metal parts in contact with the pumped liquid.
PCM and PCM-SP are available in compact designs for standard IEC and NEMA motors.
All pumps are equipped with aluminum oxide shaft and axial bearings with optional sintered silicon carbide. Bearings made of PTFEC for long life and excellent chemical resistance, silicon carbide option. O-rings in EPDM, VITON or FEP.
Self-priming models, series PCM-SP, can lift corrosive liquid up to 5 m from empty suction line without the need for a check valve. Ideal for transferring underground tanks and unloading trucks.
- Flows up to 140 m3/h and pressures up to 45 m.
- Temperature range: 100 °C
- Materials: Wetted parts are available in PP and PVDF.

- Robust Neodymium/CoSa magnetic coupling
- Plain bearing PTFEC, Graphite or SIC
- Connection: Threaded connections or DIN flange PN10
- Available in a range of options: ATEX etc.
