SVM series - Magnetic drive vane pump in 316/L
A range of acid-proof vane pumps for small flows and high pressures. Ideally suited for the transportation and dosing of hazardous and tough liquids with low and medium viscosity in the process and hygiene industry.
The pump can self-prime from the start even without liquid in the pump housing.
Handles low-medium viscous liquids.
Wings made of graphite, for example, do not require lubrication.
Available in hygienic versions for pharmaceutical and food applications with polished wetted parts and FDA/USP6 certified O-rings.
A wide range of tests and comprehensive documentation for demanding applications in the pharmaceutical and process industries.
- Flows up to 2.2 m3/h and pressures up to 14 Bar.
- Temperature range: 300 °C
- Material: Wetted parts in acid-proof steel AISI316/L (Incoloy 825, Hastalloy C on request).
- Robust Neodymium/CoSa magnetic coupling
- Plain bearing PTFEC, Graphite or SIC
- Connection: Pipe thread, TriClamp or DIN flanges PN16 or PN25
- Available in a range of options: ATEX etc.
