TRH/TRS/TRV series - Liquid ring type vacuum pumps
The TRH, TRS and TRV series is a wide and complete range of oil-free double and single-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps for the process and hygiene industry for flows between 3-3500 m3/h and vacuum to 33 mbar. With TRH in special design you get down to 1 mbar vacuum.

Single-stage version (TRS) for vacuum down to 200 mbar and in 2-stage version (TRH) to 33 mbar (1 mbar in special version).

- Since its inception in 1929, Travaini has continuously developed the production, design and performance of its uniquely wide range of vacuum pumps.
- TRH/S is a very robust ”Heavy-Duty” series of double bearing pumps for low UH costs and high reliability.
- Proprietary impeller/chamber geometry provides high efficiency.
- Capacity up to 3500 m³ /h in single-stage and 2-stage outlets for vacuum 33 mbar.
- TRH is also available with various options such as vacuum boosters or ejectors for vacuum operations below 1 mbar.
- The TRH/S series is available as standard in cast iron or acid-proof stainless steel AISI316, but also in several different special designs such as Hastelloy B or C and various alloys.
- Mechanical seals are available in a range of models, both in single and double versions. These are DIN standardized for low UH costs and high flexibility.
- The TRH/S series is also available with direct flange-mounted IEC standard motors up to 30 kW power, which contributes to reduced installation dimensions and number of components.
- In the series there are a number of designs as complete vacuum systems with vacuum tanks, instrumentation, water cooling or oil cooling etc. HYDROSYS and OILSYS.
- A range of options such as ejectors, controls, tanks, valves etc.
- The TRH/S series is of course available in ATEX-rated versions.
- IEC standard electric motors in IE3 designs and mechanical seals by leading manufacturers.
- Spare parts and pumps suitable for SIHI®, BUUSH®, NSB® and others.
