Model 900 series - Pneumatic pinch valves

These models are designed for bioprocesses and industrial applications with larger flow volumes. They deliver very strong linear forces to control fluids in hoses. They allow instant opening or closing in hoses with an outer diameter from 3.2 mm to 42.2 mm (⅛” - 1⅝”).

Ideal for pharmaceutical manufacturing systems, single-use systems and food and beverage manufacturing where cGMP standards are required. Units can be panel or base mounted and can also be configured with optional status sensors and controllers, or set to the standard normally open or normally closed position. Safety covers are built in or available on larger models.

Bimba ACRO's robust 900 series (five models: 932, 933, 934, 935, 936) valves offer reliability and performance, especially when working with smaller flexible hoses with larger diameters or higher media pressures that require stronger clamping forces.
  • Compact design with user-selectable hose (up to 75 Shore A)
  • Ready for base or panel mounting with quick connect hose
  • Optional valve condition detection sensors
  • Optional 3- or 4-way regulators for pressure relief between states
  • Panel splash guards for cleaning procedures
  • Manual overrides on models 932 and 933
