W15™ - Sampling valve
The W15™ sampling valve is designed for sampling high viscosity products, or for large sampling volumes of lower viscosity products. Handles solid particles up to 8 mm Ø. Suitable for viscosity 0-50,000 cP
W15™ Sampling Valves are available in a variety of body and head designs to suit most needs. The valve bodies are available as welded or Varivent and Clamp variants, with mini Tri-clamp pipe connections. Heads come in the following types:
- Type H [torsion]
- Type N [pneumatic]]
Diaphragms are available in PTFE
The W15 valve is used in a variety of industries, such as breweries, dairies, pharmaceutical and biotech with products such as:
- Yogurt
- honey
- Syrup
- Creams and emulsions
- Ketchup
