W9™ - Sampling valve

Keofitt® W9™ Sampling Valves are available in a variety of body and head designs to suit most needs. The valve bodies are available as welded or Varivent, Clamp and threaded variants, with hose, mini Tri-clamp or threaded connections. Heads come in different types:

• Type H [twist] - with or without Microport
• Type K [keychain] - with or without Microport
• Type Q [lever]
• Type N [pneumatic]
• Type B [unsprung]

Diaphragms available in Silkon, EPDM and PTFE

The W9 valve is used in a variety of industries, such as breweries, dairies, pharmaceutical and biotech with products such as:

• Raw milk
• Pharmaceutical solutions
• Filtered and unfiltered beer
• Perfume
• Creams and emulsions

• Temperature: Rubber membrane: 0 - 130ºC; PTFE membrane: 0 - 150ºC
• Product pressure (inside pipe or tank): Valve head types H, Q, K and N: 0 - 6 bar(g); Valve head type B: 0 - 12 bar(g)
• Solid particles: 3 mm with PTFE membrane; 2 mm with silicone or EPDM membrane
• Materials: Steel parts: 316L (other materials on request); Diaphragm: PTFE, Silicone and EPDM FDA approved
• Dimensions (opening Ø): Process side: 8 mm; Inlet and outlet: 9 mm
• Surface finish: Inside: Ra < 0.5 μm; Outside and inside: electropolished
