Magnetic drive pumps
We offer magnetic drive pumps for low and medium viscosity aggressive liquids, such as acids, chemicals, refrigerants, solvents and thermal oils. These pumps protect liquids from contact or contamination with atmosphere or barrier media. We provide these pumps in several designs: centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, vane pumps, turbine pumps and liquid ring pumps.

Magnetic drive pumpsSVM series - 316/L magnetic drive vane pump
Vingpump in acid-proof series with several models for small flows and high pressures, developed for safe dosing and transportation in the process and hygiene industry.Rotos (Gruppo Aturia) -
Magnetic drive pumpsTBK/TBAK series - Magnetic drive centrifugal / side channel pump
The TBK/TBAK is an evolution of the standard TBH/TBA model where safety requires magnetic operation to handle and secure hazardous fluids. It has the same hydraulic characteristics with its high efficiency at low flows with high pressures. These pumps reach a very low NPSH value making them particularly suitable for pumping liquids close to boiling point and in severe conditions. The special design ensures the pumping of liquids containing gases and in particular liquefied gases.Pompetravaini -
Magnetic drive pumpsTCK series - Magnetic drive chemistry pump ISO 2858
Magnetic drive single-stage centrifugal pump with closed impeller, sized according to ISO 2858 and ISO 5199 standards and derived from the TCH series. The pump has an innovative design with high quality components.Pompetravaini -
Gear pumpsED series - Magnetic drive gear pump
Environmental Duty magnetic drive gear pump, available in cast iron, steel and acid-proof steel, for applications with high environmental, safety and low total cost requirements. Magnetically coupled pumps for ultimate protection against leakage. ED pumps are a very economical solution compared to traditional sealed pumps, especially where the application requires the use of double mechanical shaft seals. Often these applications are very different, resulting in seals and support systems requiring regular attention and/or replacement. The life cycle costs of ED pumps are generally much lower than for pumps with seals.Rotan (DESMI) -
Magnetic drive pumpsNDM series - Magnetic drive chemistry pump ISO 2858
Magnetic drive acid-proof process pump for the chemical industry where the highest standards of reliability and safety are required. The impeller is dynamically balanced and designed to achieve high efficiency and low N.P.S.H. values that reduce the risk of cavitation.Rotos (Gruppo Aturia) -
Magnetic drive pumpsPCM series - Magnetic drive centrifugal pump in PP/PVDF
The PCM series is a magnetic drive centrifugal pump made of PP/PVDF plastic, particularly suitable for aggressive liquids such as hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, lye and other alkalis.Rotos (Gruppo Aturia) -
Magnetic drive pumpsPTM/PTM-SP series - Magnetic drive turbine pump in PP/PVDF
The PTM series is a magnetic drive turbine pump made entirely of PP/PVDF plastic, particularly suitable for aggressive liquids such as acids, alkalis and other chemicals.Rotos (Gruppo Aturia) -
Magnetic drive pumpsSDM series - Magnetic drive centrifugal pump in 316/L
The SDM series is a robustly built acid-proof magnetic drive centrifugal pump for e.g. solvents, chemicals, flammable, aggressive liquids, acids and other low viscous liquids.Rotos (Gruppo Aturia) -
Magnetic drive pumpsSTM series - Magnetic drive turbine pump in 316/L
The STM series is a turbine pump for high pressure and relatively low flow applications in the transportation of chemicals, solvents, refrigerants and acids. STMs are equipped with zero leakage magnetic couplings to meet the latest regulations on toxic emissions. The absence of mechanical seals or gaskets eliminates costly pump maintenance, lost production time and process contamination.Rotos (Gruppo Aturia)
Learn more about magnetic drive pumps
What is a magnetic drive pump?
A magnetic drive pump has no traditional shaft seal. Instead, the driving force is transferred via a magnetic coupling between an inner and outer magnet, creating a completely sealed construction and greatly reducing the risk of leakage.
Why choose a sealless pump?
Seal-less pumps are mainly used to avoid leakage and reduce the need for servicing. Removing the mechanical shaft seal eliminates one of the most common causes of breakdowns, resulting in more stable operation and longer service life.
How much maintenance does a magnetic drive pump require?
A magnetic drive pump requires relatively little maintenance. Without a shaft seal, both the number of spare parts and the need for planned service interruptions are reduced, reducing costs and limiting the risk of unplanned stops.
How do I know which magnetic drive pump is right for my application?
The most suitable pump depends on the fluid properties, temperature, pressure, flow requirements and the surrounding process. Proper sizing and material selection are crucial. We at Colly Flowtech are happy to help you find the optimal solution for your specific application.
