Check valves
Check valves are used to ensure that liquid or gas flows in one direction only and prevent unwanted backflow in sensitive systems. In medical technology, check valves are used in infusion, drainage, irrigation and laboratory equipment, among others, where safe and controlled flow direction is essential.
Check valves and one-way valves are available in several designs with connections such as Luer cap, hose nipple and glue connection. The range includes low cracking pressure models and anti-siphon valves that reduce the risk of accidental flow in medical and industrial flow systems.
Made from USP Class VI medical grade materials, the valves offer high chemical resistance, low contamination risk and reliable performance in demanding applications.

Check valvesSpring-loaded ball check valves
Art.nr: N/ASpring-loaded ball check valves prevent flow in one direction and allow flow in the opposite direction. Check valves can also be called one-way valves or non-return valves. The valves are equipped with swivel couplings and a combination of ball and spring that open when the pressure difference exceeds the spring force. The pressure difference required for the valve to open is called the opening pressure. Air Logic spring-loaded ball check valves can be configured with different couplings, O-rings and opening pressures.Air Logic12 variaties -
Check valvesNormally closed check valves
Art.nr: N/ANormally closed check valves prevent flow in one direction and allow flow in the opposite direction. Check valves can also be referred to as one-way valves or non-return valves. In the normally closed version, a combination of spring and disk is used which opens when the pressure difference exceeds the spring force. The pressure difference required for the valve to open is called the opening pressure. Air Logic normally closed check valves combine the advantages of a soft silicone valve seat and a hard floating disk, providing good sealing and high pressure ratings at back pressure.Air Logic12 variaties -
Check valvesThreaded check valves with floating disc
Art.nr: N/AThreaded floating disk check valves prevent flow in one direction and allow flow in the opposite direction. Check valves can also be called one-way valves or non-return valves. In this design, a disk changes position inside the valve body depending on the direction of flow of the medium. In the forward direction, the medium can flow around the disk. In reverse flow, the disk is pressed against the valve seat and stops the flow. These check valves combine the advantages of a soft silicone valve seat and a hard floating disk, providing good sealing and high pressure ratings at back pressure.Air Logic7 variaties -
Check valvesMiniature check valves with floating disc
Art.nr: N/AMiniature check valves prevent flow in one direction and allow flow in the opposite direction. Check valves can also be called one-way valves or non-return valves. Floating disk check valves have a disk that changes position inside the valve body depending on the direction of flow of the medium. In the forward direction, the medium can flow around the disk. In reverse flow, the disk is pressed against the valve seat and stops the flow.Air Logic7 variaties -
Check valvesUmbrella check valves
Art.nr: N/AUmbrella check valves are Air Logic's robust solution for inline mounted check valves with low opening pressures. The plastic valve bodies with preloaded elastomer umbrellas are designed for custom opening pressures below 2 psi, with standard options at 0.75 psi and below. In the forward direction, pressure lifts the umbrella and automatically opens the valve to allow flow through the circuit. In reverse flow, the umbrella is pressed against the valve seat and prevents flow from passing. Air Logic's umbrella check valve is suitable for a wide range of OEM devices and applications, including medical devices, analytical instruments, life science, consumer products and small engines.Air Logic30 variaties -
