Propor MR - Sterile liquid filters for the removal of mycoplasma
PROPOR MR filters are specifically designed for the rapid, efficient and cost-effective removal of mycoplasma from cell culture media in the biopharmaceutical industry.
The highly retentive PES membrane with a nominal pore size of 0.1 μm is validated against the industry standard Brevundimonas diminuta and Acholeplasma laidlawii, a common mycoplasma species in contaminated cell cultures.
An asymmetrically integrated membrane prefilter gives PROPOR MR the optimal membrane configuration for maximum capacity and high flow rates. Fast process times minimize the risk of contamination while ensuring maximum protection against mycoplasma.
