Albin ALH series - Hose pump
ALH is our flagship peristaltic pump, built for high pressure applications up to 15 bar, with 16 sizes up to 88 m3/h. Extremely robust, reliable and dependable ductile iron hose pump.
- Self-evacuating to full vacuum and reversible pump for tough process applications such as mining, pulp and paper, petroleum/chemical and wastewater/biogas and general industry.
- Easy to install/use.
- Completely seal-less construction where the hose is the only wear part. Can handle dry running and is environmentally friendly as the liquid is hermetically sealed in the hose - hoses made of NR, EPDM, NBR, VITON.
- Suitable for highly abrasive, corrosive and shear sensitive fluids, with or without particles.
- Typical products are sludge, latex, adhesives, starch, kaolin, black/casting sand, contaminated oils, acids, lye and chemicals.
- Suitable as a pit pump, waste/biogas sludge, sewage treatment plants, dosing of chemicals/acids, slurries and suspensions.
- The pump is excellent for low and high viscosity media.
- Flows up to 88 m3/h and pressures up to 15 Bar.
- Temperature ranges: up to 85 °C (Depending on ambient temperatures etc.).
- Material: Pump housing in ductile iron.
- Hose materials: NBR, EPDM, HYPALON® /CSM, Natural Rubber and VITON® / FKM. FDA available for NBR, EPDM and NR hoses.
- Connections: Hose connection, SMS, DIN, Clamp, BSP, ISO EN 1092-1 and ANSI Flange.
- Several options are available: Angle and horizontal gear design, ATEX, Hose break indicator, Jacketed pump housing, Integrated frequency converter, Mobile design etc.
