Highly hygienic lobe rotor pump of the latest generation with a wide range of options. Modular and service-friendly series with upgraded and maintenance-free gearbox.
- Front-mounted seals can be changed while the pump is still connected.
- Surface fineness Ra. 0.6 and adapted for CIP/SIP as standard.
- Approved and certified according to EHEDG, 3A & ATEX. FDA/USP6/AFO certified sealing materials.
- Extra heavy duty bearings with internal seals provide high reliability and low maintenance costs.
- Wide range of add-ons and material combinations make Sterilobe adaptable to many different applications.
- Flow rates up to 230 m³/h, pressure 15 bar
- Temperature range: 150°C.
- Materials: Wetted parts in acid-proof stainless steel 316L. (Other materials on request).
- Elastomer: FKM, Buna, Silicone, FFKM FDA, EPDM (other materials on request)
- Connection: Clamp, SMS, RJT, DIN, DIN Flange mm
- Available in a range of options: Drainage connection, ATEX etc.
