Safe control and monitoring of overflow valves in breweries, dairies, fruit juice production plants and in the pharmaceutical industry. The T.VIS® Q-15 used to control and monitor overflow valves of the VARIVENT Q series can optionally be equipped with solenoid valves. The proximity switch is mounted in the valve lantern as standard. In addition to the safe control and monitoring of Q-valve-specific functions, the T.VIS® Q-15 offers the possibility to mount the control top directly on the Q-valve.

Development has focussed on the requirements and necessities of our customers from the fluid-processing industry. In addition to safe control and monitoring of all functions of the process valves in breweries, dairies, plants for manufacturing fruit juices as well as pharmaceuticals, the T.VIS® A-15 offers significant advantages that are directly reflected in lower total cost of ownership.

The T.VIS® E-20 is specially designed to meet the requirements of the liquid processing industry as well as dust explosion protection. In addition, all components of this control top are standardized to the utmost degree. This ensures the simplest and most time-saving handling with high reliability and safety. The technology of the T.VIS® E-20 is based on two separate, magnet-based sensors combined in one sensor module. They are used to detect the valve position and provide the corresponding feedback signals for automated plant operation. The sensor module also provides the optional connection for the pilot solenoid valves to control the valve actuators.

The control top GEA T.VIS® M-20 offers the entire range of modern control functions required in the majority of application points, plus additional advantages in terms of automated valve commissioning and efficient equipment management.

As a controller based on the technology of the T.VIS® A-15 with path measuring system, the T.VIS® P-15 in combination with an air-spring actuator can move to any required valve position between the open/close positions. The T.VIS® P-15 is characterized not only by its performance but also by its ease of operation and outstanding price/ performance ratio.

Reducing water consumption is a key priority in sustainable production. GEA’s electronic LEFF function can save more than 90% water and cleaning agents during valve seat cleaning.

IO-Link is the first globally standardized IO technology (IEC 61131-9) to communicate with sensors and actuators. The powerful point-to-point communication is based on the long-known 3-wire sensor and actuator connection without any additional requirements for the cable material. Therefore, IO-Link is not a fieldbus, but the evolutionary advancement of the existing and proven connection technology for sensors, actuators and thus also for control tops of the latest generation.

The T.VIS® V-1 / V-20 is an electrical position indicator with feedback system and optionally integrated solenoid valves for linear process valves with a stroke up to 1.18". Thanks to its modular design, the T.VIS® V-1 / V-20 can be customized to the customer's specific requirements: without solenoid valve, with one solenoid valve (for single-acting actuators - with spring, only V-1), with two solenoid valves (for double-acting actuators - without spring, only V-1)
