Our line of Union holder assemblies provides flexibility in tight piping configurations. These precisely built holders combine remarkable ease of installation with high-pressure ratings in pipe sizes of 2″ (50mm) or less. The Union holder assembly works with standard- or composite-type rupture discs. SRA Union and Union-type holders are available for pressure ranges up to 6,000 psig, depending on disc size and type.

The BDI-FLX Burst Disc Sensor System provides instantaneous notification of a burst rupture disc. When combined with an alarm monitor, this system protects lives, equipment and the environment. Designed for use with ASME and DIN flanges or sanitary applications, the BDI-FLX employs a sensor strip with a flexible potentiometer (an electrical component that varies resistance in response to deflection) to signal a burst disc.

A critical component of a complete Burst Disc Indicator (BDI) Alarm System, the MTB-700 Alarm Monitor links to as many as four rupture discs to alert your nearby control room of ruptured discs. Upon disc rupture, the MTB-700’s intrinsically safe galvanically isolated barriers activate signals or output relays to warn operators and actuate pumps, valves or other equipment connected to the system.

When an overpressure or vacuum condition causes a disc to rupture, the BDI immediately sends a signal to the control room to alert the system operator. The heart of the Burst Disc Indicator Alarm System is the BDI Alarm Strip. When a disc ruptures, it severs the electrically charged strip, opening the circuit and signaling the control room. We’ve developed an optional alarm monitor system to notify operators or activate appropriate equipment.

Our explosion vent panels provide instantaneous overpressure protection for nearly any type of pressurized dry-bulk handling and storage equipment. The vent panels are designed to allow a full and immediate opening to minimize structural or mechanical damage by expanded gases from the combustion of dust, gases or mists inside equipment, rooms, buildings or other enclosures.

Protect equipment, personnel and the environment with the threaded, single-use WMP Welded Muffled Plug rupture disc assembly. The WMP is ideal for applications that discharge to the atmosphere at the rupture disc. The WMP is a solid-metal, tension-acting rupture disc that screws directly into a threaded port, providing precise overpressure protection with minimal installation time.

Replace shear pins and other moving devices with our Well Activation and Safety Protection rupture discs to save valuable time and labor on the drill site. Designed to release pressure to activate tools in the hole or to protect downhole drill components from overpressure failure, our Well Activation and Safety Protection Rupture Discs use rupture disc technology to achieve high accuracy and reliability. These rupture discs are offered in two burst-direction configurations, Type A and Type I.

A single, solid, phenolic resin-impregnated slab of graphite makes up the GRAFSERT rupture disc. This design makes the GRAFSERT a highly dependable, low-maintenance rupture disc, ideal for highly corrosive applications and remote installations. The GRAFSERT is single-direction disc capable of withstanding burst ratios up to 80% in static service.
