Ideal for a wide range of markets and applications. Valor has patented newly developed air motor design with combined air motor/pilot valve. Class-leading low air consumption reduces operating costs. It also features patented valve ball control that contributes to increased efficiency.

DEBEM AISIBOXER/SANIBOXER is a hygienically designed air operated diaphragm pump certified for MOCA - ATEX - FDA. All pumps have a patented drive package and are certified to the strictest industry regulations (such as 3A and MOCA) and can undergo the usual washing and cleaning processes (CIP - SIP - COP). The pump has a system that allows the pump to be rotated to be completely drained of liquid in both chambers. The pumps are ideal for handling liquids in sectors such as food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and hair care industries. The SANIBOXER version is 3A certified and equipped with sensors to detect diaphragm rupture to avoid contamination during operation.

Soft start valves give the pump a smooth and calm acceleration and prevent shock loads on diaphragms and other moving parts. A soft start also reduces the risk of vibration damage to piping and its attachment. The risk of cavitation in the pump is also reduced with a soft start, especially when pumping highly viscous products.
