All leaders at Colly Flowtech should be leaders who stimulate, motivate and develop their people. Being a successful leader requires more than just experience and competence. It requires a conscious effort to create and maintain the right conditions.
That's why we have chosen to form a structured basis for our leadership with clear expectations, guidelines and tools, enabling systematic and proactive leadership development.

To achieve this, we need the right conditions. That is why we have a Leadership Program and a Leadership Policy.
The leadership program aims to ensure that all leaders continuously receive the right training and tools, and thus the right conditions, to be successful leaders at Colly Flowtech. The leadership program will also be a forum for all leaders to talk about and discuss leadership and the challenges they may face.
Leadership program
In January 2024, we launched our Leadership Program, which aims to build consensus and a common foundation for successful leadership, and consists of four main components:

Leadership policy
Consensus and common ground are important for successful leadership, and our leadership policy provides a common foundation of leadership principles that clarify, explain and visualize how leadership should look, feel and be driven forward.
The leadership policy consists of 7 principles developed by all leaders and a promise for what leadership should look like at Colly Flowtech.
