The Health Year Wheel
At Colly Flowtech, we have a health year wheel that describes the key health promotion activities that take place during the year. The parts are:

Flowlympics 🥇
This is our biggest health activity in the Health Year Wheel. Flowlympics is our own fun and social exercise challenge. We started in spring 2024 and it was an instant success. We were together 42 participants who accounted for an unprecedented commitment, both in the number of training sessions completed but above all through the social community and positive energy we had during these 6 weeks 🍏🤾♂️
Health Weeks 👏
Health Weeks are part of the Health Year Wheel and take place three weeks a year throughout the year. During a health week, we focus a little extra on a particular health theme, such as diet, sleep, relationships, ergonomics or brain rest. Health weeks take place across the company and communication is mainly via the intranet. At the same time, local initiatives and activities take place locally, mainly with the help of our Health Ambassadors.
Health checks 💪
Every two years, all Colly Flowtech employees have the opportunity to order a health check. Those aged 40 and over have the opportunity to order once a year. The checks are made up of two parts:
1. a health analysis via blood test that analyzes the function of selected important areas of the body.
2. a digital lifestyle questionnaire asking you about your lifestyle habits, such as stress, eating habits and exercise.
Health ambassadors 🤩
For us at Colly Flowtech, it is important that the whole person feels good and therefore we want to contribute to creating an environment that encourages a healthy lifestyle through our health ambassadors. The goal is to inspire and encourage their colleagues to a healthy lifestyle and contribute to increased overall health. With us, everyone can be a Health Ambassador and there is always something to contribute.
Our health ambassadors contribute:
✅Inspiration and engagement around health promotion activities
✅Own initiatives on health and health-related activities
✅Common training sessions, walks, break time etc.
✅Booking external training sessions or similar
✅Helping with activities and boosting engagement during Flowlympics and health weeks
