Vacuum pumps

Our range of vacuum pumps includes the TRH, TRS, TRV, TRVX and TRMX series from Pompetravaini. These oil-free liquid ring pumps are designed for the process and hygiene industries. With flows from 3 to 3500 m³/h and vacuum down to 33 mbar (1 mbar for TRH), they offer high efficiency and reliability.

Liquid-ring vacuum pumps

Colly Flowtech offers liquid-ring vacuum pumps from Pompetravaini for the process and hygiene industries. The product line includes both single-stage and two-stage pumps with capacities for various flow rates and vacuum levels.

Vacuum pumps can be used for applications such as central vacuum systems, condensation, degassing, boiling processes, drying systems, sterilization, filtration, and solvent recovery.

The TRH, TRS, and TRV Series

The TRH, TRS, and TRV series comprise a wide range of oil-free, single-stage and two-stage liquid-ring vacuum pumps. The series covers flow rates from 3 to 3,500 m³/h and vacuum levels down to 33 mbar. A special version of the TRH can be used for vacuum levels down to 1 mbar.

The TRS is a single-stage model capable of achieving a vacuum down to 200 mbar, while the TRH is a two-stage model capable of achieving a vacuum down to 33 mbar. The TRH/S series features a robust, double-bearing design engineered for high operational reliability and low maintenance costs.

The series is available as standard in cast iron or acid-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel and can also be supplied in various specialty materials and alloys. There are also several options and configurations available, such as vacuum boosters, ejectors, tanks, valves, control systems, and ATEX-certified solutions.

TRVX and TRMX Series

The TRVX and TRMX series are a new generation of liquid-ring vacuum pumps featuring a compact design and newly developed hydraulic geometry. The series is designed for the process and hygiene industries and offers capacities up to 2,000 m³/h and vacuum levels down to 33 mbar.

TRVX is a robust, double-sealed pump series. Its hydraulic profile delivers over 10 percent higher performance compared to traditional liquid-ring vacuum pumps. Its compact design also results in lower weight and smaller installation dimensions.

The TRMX is a block-mounted single-stage vacuum pump designed for low, medium, and high vacuum. According to the product information, the modified hydraulic profile provides a performance increase of between 10 and 20 percent compared to previous series. The TRMX is also 10 percent lighter and 10–20 percent smaller than the previous TRMB series.

Under normal operating conditions, the TRMX series requires up to 40 percent less seal fluid flow compared to the TRMB series, which can help reduce operating costs.
