A complete range of spare parts is available for the camera systems. The spare parts meet the highest quality requirements in accordance with the quality commitment ”Swiss Excellence - Since 1936”. As the camera systems are intended for use over several decades, long-term availability of spare parts is of particular importance. Spare parts for the camera systems are therefore 100 % manufactured in Switzerland or Germany. For [Ex] cameras it is particularly important that only original spare parts are used, in accordance with the [Ex] test certificate. The use of non-original spare parts invalidates the test certificate and can lead to safety risks.

A complete range of accessories is available for the camera systems. The accessories meet the same high quality standards in accordance with the quality commitment ”Swiss Excellence - Since 1936”. Accessories are defined as components that can be added to a product at a later stage. They do not affect the original design or parts list of the product. Parts included in the parts list of the originally delivered product are defined as spare parts. Accessories for camera systems allow the scope of use of the products to be extended.
