Our products for gasket care
ELASTO-CLAMP® CLAMP
In case of large temperature variations, e.g. CIP/SIP disk, the metal and the elastomer expand or shrink differently, causing the gasket to grow into the flow path without returning. The inside of Elasto-Clamp® is rubberized and counteracts this.
MOMENT KEY
Ingenious torque wrenches that are easily threaded onto the nut and prevent over-compression. Available for different torques and gasket materials.
SNAP-ON GASKETS
The two most common causes of over-compression are over-tightening the nut or when two connections are not fully aligned and are therefore pressed, forced together. The built-in plastic ring acts as a stop just where the gasket is correctly compressed, making it impossible
over-compression.
ANTI-VIBRATION NUT
Vibrations in piping systems from pumps and other machines can cause nuts to vibrate loose. The anti-vibration nut prevents this.
