Magnetic drive pumps
We offer magnetic drive pumps for low and medium viscosity aggressive liquids, such as acids, chemicals, refrigerants, solvents and thermal oils. These pumps protect liquids from contact or contamination with atmosphere or barrier media. We provide these pumps in several designs: centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, vane pumps, turbine pumps and liquid ring pumps.

Magnetic drive pumpsSVM Series - Magnetically driven vane pump in 316L
The SVM series is a magnetically driven vane pump made of acid-resistant steel, designed for low flow rates and high pressures. The pump is designed for safe dosing and transfer in the process and hygiene industries.Rotos (Gruppo Aturia) -
Magnetic drive pumpsTBK/TBAK series - Magnetic drive centrifugal / side channel pump
The TBK/TBAK series is a further development of the TBH/TBA series for applications where magnetic drive is required for the safe handling of hazardous liquids. It offers the same hydraulic characteristics, with high efficiency at low flow rates and high pressures. The pumps have very low NPSH requirements and are therefore particularly suitable for fluids near their boiling point and for operation under severe conditions. Their design allows for the pumping of fluids containing gas, particularly liquefied gases.Pompetravaini -
Magnetic drive pumpsTCK series - Magnetic drive chemistry pump ISO 2858
The TCK series is a magnetically driven chemical-grade pump and a single-stage centrifugal pump with a closed impeller, sized in accordance with ISO 2858 and ISO 5199. The series is derived from the TCH series and is constructed with high-quality components for safe and leak-free operation.Pompetravaini -
Gear pumpsED series - Magnetic drive gear pump
The ED Series is a magnetically driven gear pump in an Environmental Duty design for applications with high demands on the environment, safety, and low total cost of ownership. The pump is available in cast iron, carbon steel, and acid-resistant steel and features a magnetic coupling that reduces the risk of leakage. ED pumps are a cost-effective alternative to traditionally sealed pumps, particularly in applications where double mechanical shaft seals would otherwise be required. By eliminating the shaft seal, the need for maintenance, support systems, and seal replacement can be reduced.Rotan (DESMI) -
Magnetic drive pumpsNDM series - Magnetic drive chemistry pump ISO 2858
The NDM series is a magnetically driven, acid-resistant process pump for the chemical industry, developed for applications with high demands on reliability and safety. The impeller is dynamically balanced and designed to achieve high efficiency and low NPSH values, which reduce the risk of cavitation.Rotos (Gruppo Aturia) -
Magnetic drive pumpsPCM series - Magnetic drive centrifugal pump in PP/PVDF
The PCM series is a magnetically driven centrifugal pump made of PP or PVDF, particularly suitable for aggressive and corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, lye, and other alkalis.Rotos (Gruppo Aturia) -
Magnetic drive pumpsPTM/PTM-SP series - Magnetic drive turbine pump in PP/PVDF
The PTM series is a magnetically driven turbine pump made of PP or PVDF, particularly suitable for aggressive liquids such as acids, lyes, alkalis, and other chemicals.Rotos (Gruppo Aturia) -
Magnetic drive pumpsSDM series - Magnetic drive centrifugal pump in 316/L
The SDM series is a robust, magnetically driven centrifugal pump made of acid-resistant AISI 316L steel, designed for solvents, chemicals, acids, and other flammable, corrosive, and low-viscosity liquids.Rotos (Gruppo Aturia) -
Magnetic drive pumpsSTM series - Magnetic drive turbine pump in 316/L
The STM series is a magnetically driven turbine pump designed for high-pressure, relatively low-flow applications involving the transfer of chemicals, solvents, refrigerants, and acids. The STM series features a seal-less magnetic coupling that reduces the risk of leakage and makes the pump suitable for applications with strict emission control requirements. The absence of a mechanical shaft seal reduces the need for seal maintenance and the risk of product contamination.Rotos (Gruppo Aturia)
Learn more about magnetic drive pumps
What is a magnetic drive pump?
A magnetic drive pump has no traditional shaft seal. Instead, the driving force is transferred via a magnetic coupling between an inner and outer magnet, creating a completely sealed construction and greatly reducing the risk of leakage.
Why choose a sealless pump?
Seal-less pumps are mainly used to avoid leakage and reduce the need for servicing. Removing the mechanical shaft seal eliminates one of the most common causes of breakdowns, resulting in more stable operation and longer service life.
How much maintenance does a magnetic drive pump require?
A magnetic drive pump requires relatively little maintenance. Without a shaft seal, both the number of spare parts and the need for planned service interruptions are reduced, reducing costs and limiting the risk of unplanned stops.
How do I know which magnetic drive pump is right for my application?
The most suitable pump depends on the fluid properties, temperature, pressure, flow requirements and the surrounding process. Proper sizing and material selection are crucial. We at Colly Flowtech are happy to help you find the optimal solution for your specific application.
