STM series - Magnetic drive turbine pump in 316/L
The STM series is a magnetically driven turbine pump designed for high-pressure, relatively low-flow applications involving the transfer of chemicals, solvents, refrigerants, and acids.
The STM series features a seal-less magnetic coupling that reduces the risk of leakage and makes the pump suitable for applications with strict emission control requirements. The absence of a mechanical shaft seal reduces the need for seal maintenance and the risk of product contamination.
- Balanced turbine wheel for low axial load.
- Can handle media with a gas/air content of up to 20 %.
- Available in standard and API configurations.
- Capacity: flow rates up to 10 m³/h and head up to 80 m.
- Temperature range: up to 300 °C.
- Material: Wetted parts AISI 316 (Incoloy 825, Hastelloy C on request).
- Robust Neodymium/CoSa magnetic coupling
- Plain bearing PTFEC, Graphite or SIC
- Connections: Threaded connections or DIN flange PN16
- A range of options are available: ATEX version etc.
