EZLabpure™ hydrophilic PES (polyethersulfone) membrane filters feature very low protein binding, high permeability, and a long service life thanks to their high flow capacity and very low levels of extractable substances. The hydrophilic surface allows the filters to operate effectively with a wide range of liquid media as well as dry gas streams, making them suitable for use in a variety of applications.

EZlabpure™ syringe filters are designed for sterilization and the removal of fine particles from small water-based samples (typically up to 10 mL). EZlabpure™ syringe filters are sterile and individually packaged (100 per package), which minimizes the risk of contamination and streamlines high-throughput sample preparation. PUREGRIP® Rhino safety-coated glass bottles are designed for the safe storage and transport of laboratory liquids, particularly in applications where glass is the preferred material. The bottles feature Rhino Safety Coating, a durable, shatter-resistant coating that retains the liquid and reduces the risk of spills if the bottle breaks. They also feature VersaCap screw caps that provide a secure, leak-proof seal.

The ChromCap™ 300 solvent reservoir system for HPLC is designed for the safe handling of mobile phases and solvents during HPLC analyses. The system prevents contamination and helps protect the instrument. The system consists solely of a cap that creates a tight seal for HPLC solvents. It is equipped with a Class VI PTFE adapter for high chemical resistance, as well as a safety valve for air intake that prevents vacuum formation and thus protects the instrument.

The EZBio Titanium round container is designed for the storage and transport of larger volumes of laboratory liquids, culture media, and chemical solutions. The container is made of durable polypropylene or polycarbonate for high chemical resistance and is equipped with a sealed VersaCap 83B screw cap. It offers a durable and safe solution for general liquid handling in non-sterile applications.

TheEZBio Single-Use Cap Assembly is used for the aseptic and sterile transfer of liquids in a closed system. It offers a ready-to-use solution for bioprocessing and cell culture applications.

MTG PRIMEWINE is a flexible and easy-to-handle rubber hose suitable for transporting high-quality liquid food products. The hose is specially designed for wine, grape must, cider, and spirits with an alcohol content of up to 96 %. The hose is primarily used in wine production for suction and pressure applications. The hose’s construction is specifically designed to withstand frequent pressure changes, making it ideal for transporting nitrogen and carbon dioxide during production processes, as well as for transporting sparkling wine and champagne. It is typically supplied in pre-cut lengths with fittings installed at both ends.

Sight glasses installed in a VARINLINE® access unit or in a connection flange on tanks and vessels are used for visual monitoring of the product. For optically dense media, lighting with adjustable brightness is recommended. VARINLINE® sight glasses can be adapted to VARINLINE® housings or tank connections and enable visual inspection of the processed medium. The sight glass is made of borosilicate glass and, depending on the size of the glass, can be used within a pressure range of -1 to 25 bar. However, the maximum permissible pressure for the surrounding equipment must always be taken into account. To enable clear visual inspection even of cloudy or opaque liquids, supplementary lighting is recommended. The long-lasting LED lighting is equipped with 20 LEDs and is available with a connected cable in lengths of 2 or 25 meters. The 2-watt lighting is activated by a sensor. For installation in potentially explosive areas, an ATEX-approved lighting option without a sensor is also available.

The connection unit, known as the VARINLINE® housing, is the core component of the pocket-free in-line system for control and measurement in piping systems. Depending on the housing’s nominal size and the height of the connected instruments, up to two instruments can be mounted on a single VARINLINE® housing. For smaller nominal sizes, such as DN10 and DN15, as well as ISO 13.5 to ISO 21.3, only one instrument can be mounted. To adapt the housings to different pipe sizes, the VARINLINE® system offers four different sizes of process connections.
