Primewine
MTG PRIMEWINE is a flexible and easy-to-handle rubber hose suitable for transporting high-quality liquid food products. The hose is specifically designed for wine, grape must, cider, and spirits with an alcohol content of up to 96 %.
The hose is primarily used in wine production for suction and pressure applications.
The hose's construction is specifically designed to withstand frequent pressure changes, making it ideal for transporting nitrogen and carbon dioxide during production processes, as well as for transporting sparkling wine and champagne.
It is normally supplied in pre-cut lengths of hose with fittings attached to the ends.

- Free of phthalates, plasticizers, and animal-derived substances, which reduces the risk of bacterial growth and contamination
- Odorless and tasteless interior that preserves the liquid's original taste and aroma
- Specially designed for the safe transport of liquids containing nitrogen and carbon dioxide
- Inner tube made of transparent synthetic rubber (90FDA), suitable for food contact
- Reinforced with synthetic fabric and an embedded steel coil
- Durable, red synthetic polymer material for exterior use with good weather resistance
- Temperatures between -30 °C and +80 °C
- Withstands sterilization at temperatures up to +120 °C for a maximum of 30 minutes
- Safety factor of at least 3 times the working pressure
- Complies with the requirements of 3-A, the FDA, and D.M. 21/03/73, as amended
