Milklight
An extremely flexible and lightweight milk hose, ideal for filling and emptying processes in dairies. It maintains high flexibility even in cold environments.
Made from NBR rubber, the hose offers excellent resistance to oils and grease, which is ideal for dairy applications. NBR rubber is also durable and has a low permeability, protecting against contamination.
For the customer, this means a reliable and sustainable solution that ensures hygiene and quality in milk transport, minimizes downtime and reduces maintenance costs.
- ID sizes: 1″ - 4″ (25mm - 100mm)
- Temperatures between -30°C and +85°C
- Pressure up to 6 bar and full vacuum
- Smooth white NR/NBR rubber inside and synthetic rubber outside
- Very flexible, fabric and steel reinforcement
- Withstands normal cleaning/disinfection and sterilization up to +120°C for max 30 minutes
- Fulfills: FDA and BRF
- Free from Animal Derivatives and Phthalates
