37.5 h working week for salaried employees
It is important to have energy left after work. To create the right conditions for this, we have 2.5 hours fewer working hours per week than under the collective agreement. This is an important benefit that creates space for work-life balance through fewer hours worked ⭐
Reduction of working hours for workers
For workers, we apply a reduction in working hours in accordance with the collective agreement ✅
Half and full days off for civil servants
As there is no mention of half days or squeeze days in the collective agreement, we have chosen to develop our own arrangement that at least corresponds to what is regulated in other collective agreements on the market 🙌
Parents' package
Being on parental leave is a great opportunity and something we at Colly Flowtech really want to encourage, therefore we provide additional parental pay for up to 9 months, regardless of length of service 👪

Salary exchange
This means that you set aside part of your gross salary for your pension. This means that you get about 5.8 percent more for your pension than you would have received in gross salary. If Colly Flowtech sets aside SEK 1,000 of your salary, you can thus receive SEK 1,058 for your pension instead 💰
60-year advice
A preparatory meeting for retirement. Colly Flowtech covers the cost of one session in connection with the 60th birthday and one counseling session before retirement.
Alternative floor plan (10 tags)
If you earn more than the equivalent of 10 income base amounts, you can agree with Colly Flowtech on alternative solutions other than the general ITP pension. A 10-tag solution means that you opt out of defined-benefit accrual of old-age and survivors' pension on the salary parts that are above 7.5 income base amounts in ITP 2. You replace this with a defined-contribution scheme where you are responsible for investing the premiums ✅
