Article 33 (REACH) establishes the ”duty to communicate information on substances in articles”. This means that every supplier of an article shall provide sufficient information to the recipient, if a substance on the candidate list has a concentration above 0.1 % (w/w).
Slangspecialisten supplies brass fittings containing the Candidate List substance Lead (CAS No 7439-92-1) at a level above 0,1 %.
