In Gothenburg we have our hose workshop, with four production environments using different skills and tools for different industries and applications.
ISO Class 7 clean room: We manufacture sterile single-use packages, such as tubing and filters, for pharmaceutical and biotech companies with high cleanliness requirements.
ISO Class 9 clean room: Here we produce Single-Use packages free of particles for companies in research and process verification.
Hose press: We crimp reinforced hoses with stainless steel couplings for pharmaceutical, food and chemical handling companies.
Assembly: We assemble unarmored hose assemblies for OEM companies in the Medtech and food industries.
Production in Kolbäck
In Kolbäck, we offer solid experience and expertise in hygienic production, from design to finished products and systems, for customers in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
Machinery and skills: Our facility has a full range of machining, electropolishing and assembly equipment, where we only process stainless steel to avoid contamination. With an experienced team and rigorous quality controls, we deliver high quality products.
Processing: Turning and milling of stainless steel parts with high precision.
Electropolishing: Surface treatment to improve corrosion protection and hygiene.
Welding: Certified welding, including orbital welding.

Laser marking: To ensure full traceability, we offer laser-marked products, which is crucial for industries with high safety and documentation requirements.
Test printing: We guarantee that our assembled hoses can withstand specified pressures and provide test pressure certificates.
