Revolution is a new generation piston rotor pump with an innovative design that combines the advantages of piston rotor and lobe rotor pumps. The result is improved hygiene, self-draining function, front-mounted seals and high serviceability, together with gentle, self-priming and reversible operation with low noise and minimal pulsation. The pump is flush-proof and service-friendly with front-mounted seals and UH-free gearbox. It is prepared for flushed sealing as standard and can easily be retrofitted at low cost.

Pompetravaini's new TCH series and derived series in the same family is a centrifugal pump developed according to ISO 5199 class II and dimensioned according to ISO 2858/DIN 24256. It provides an ideal product with great width and modularity adapted to the high requirements of the process, petrochemical and chemical industries in particular. These pumps are the result of Pompetravaini's continuous research and development. They are also based on the extensive experience acquired during many years of use of the previous MCU-CH series in countless installations and applications. Shaft seals single or double mechanical seal (ISO 3069 / UNI EN 12756) Cartridge seal and stuffing box seal in various designs. Pump and seal housings can be fitted with heating or cooling jackets as required. This monoblock design provides alignment advantages, easy assembly and guarantee of perfect alignment, even after transportation.

The open star wheel is hydraulically balanced and enclosed between the suction and discharge port plates to form the pumping stage. The discharge stages are mounted in series to provide proportionally higher discharge pressure with smooth flow. For handling hazardous, toxic, odorous or polluting liquids and other applications where zero liquid leakage is desired, the TBK and TBAK magnetic drive pumps, based on the TBA and TBH series, are available. TBH pumps have extremely low NPSHr requirements and are particularly suitable for handling liquids near the vaporization pressure of the liquid, volatile liquids and other difficult applications. The design is especially suited to handling liquids with mixed gases and liquefied gases such as LPG. The DESMI DSL, NSL and ESL series is a vertical in-line centrifugal pump in a space-saving design that can be easily installed in existing piping systems. TCD centrifugal pump for thermal oil. The TCD pump series is specially designed to handle thermal fluids up to 320˚C without special cooling systems. In the active cooling version "XT" it is possible to pump diathermic fluids up to a temperature of 365 °C. A special thermal barrier chamber, located between the pump casing and the impeller, blocks the heat from the pumped product. The designers have designed the bearing with cooling fins to effectively dissipate the heat from the pump casing. This design allows the safe use of a standard, simple mechanical seal. The pump shaft is supported by oversized C3 series ball bearings and is oil lubricated. The pump casing and impeller are the same as the other pumps in the two smallest models of the TCH series. Pump dimensions and characteristics are in accordance with ISO 2858/DIN 24256 and are the same as for the corresponding TCH series models. The TCD/SP pump range has been specifically designed to handle vegetable oils. The design varies from the standard TCD series at the mechanical seal; An additional chamber has been added behind the mechanical seal. This chamber should be connected to a container containing oil compatible with the pumped liquid. This device avoids that in case of seal failure, the air can enter the pump and oxidize the oil or that oil from the bearing housing enters the pump housing or vice versa.
