TBH series - Multistage centrifugal pump
The TBH series is a self-priming liquid ring pump from Pompetravaini with extremely low NPSHr requirements. The series is particularly well-suited for liquids near their vapor pressure, volatile liquids, and other demanding applications.
The pump is designed to handle liquids containing gases as well as liquid gases such as LPG. The TBH series is used for clean, hot, cold, or corrosive liquids in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
- Self-priming liquid ring pump that uses the side-channel principle.
- Open star wheel, hydraulically balanced and enclosed between the inlet and outlet port plates to form
the pumping stage. - Series-mounted pressure stages provide proportionally higher outlet pressure with a steady flow.
- Extremely low NPSHr requirements.
- Particularly suitable for liquids near their vapor pressure and volatile liquids.
- Can handle liquids containing gases and liquefied gases, such as LPG.
- Suitable for clean, hot, cold, and corrosive liquids.
- For hazardous, toxic, malodorous, or polluting liquids, as well as applications requiring zero liquid leakage, there are magnetically driven TBK and TBAK pumps based on the TBA and TBH series.
- Removal of condensate and distilled liquid
- Solvents and liquefied gases
- Feedwater for a steam boiler
- Handling of liquids from vacuum processes
- Fire suppression systems and autoclaves
- Drinking water and sanitation systems in the maritime sector
- High-pressure washing
- Flows up to 70 m3/h and pressures up to 40 Bar.
- Temperature ranges -10 °C ÷ + 160 °C
- Material selection: Wetted parts are available in ductile iron GGG 40, Bronze, AISI 316 1.4408 (Special materials on request).
- Connections: UNI 2223-2229 NP 40 standard
- Suction height up to 8.5 mvp
We have a large selection of wear parts for most brands of pumps and valves for hygienic applications.
We offer service and maintenance of pumps to ensure optimal performance and lifetime. Send your pump to us - we'll make sure it works properly.
