VESTA® shut-off valves are used for the controlled shut-off of pipelines in sterile process engineering. The modular design allows for optimal adaptation of the valve to process requirements and capacity. In addition to the standard design, the VESTA® valve series also offers valves with stepped bodies for through-flow and for branching process media. The stepped HCA type enables simple and cost-effective integration of VESTA® sterile valves into large nominal pipe sizes with low flow rates.GEA -

VESTA® valve blocks are compact and flexible sterile valves with two independent actuators. The one-piece housing design allows product flows to be combined, separated, or switched even in confined spaces. VESTA® valve blocks enable optimized piping while minimizing dead space. The significantly reduced pipe volume and improved drainage capacity are additional distinguishing features. Unlike solutions with individual valves, VESTA® valve blocks reduce the need for fittings and thus also contribute to cost-effective installation solutions.GEA -

Aseptomag® AXV dual-chamber valves are used for mix-proof shut-off of incompatible products at pipe connections in aseptic processing facilities. Welded stainless steel bellows are used to hermetically seal the product area from external contamination. The three integrated steam barriers (ISB) can be operated independently of one another and enable reliable separation of the two product lines, even when two of the four valve seats are lifted. The integrated individual seat lift function enables fully automatic seat cleaning during production. Thanks to the three independent steam barriers, AXV valves can be maintained on one side while production continues on the other, ensuring maximum process and product safety.GEA -

Aseptomag® DDK double-chamber valves are used for mix-proof shut-off of incompatible products at pipe connections in aseptic processing plants. Welded stainless steel bellows are used to hermetically seal the product area against external contamination. The two integrated steam barriers (ISB) can be operated independently of each other and enable a safe separation of the two product lines, even when valve seat B in the dual internal unit is lifted. The third valve seat provides additional process flexibility and reduces downtime during cleaning. It also allows for maintenance work on the valve for the lower product line while production continues through the upper product line.GEA -

Aseptic globe valvesVESTA® H_A/T Tank Bottom Valves
VESTA® tank bottom valves are used for the controlled shut-off of liquid media from the tank. They are primarily installed at the lowest point of a tank, but the valve can also be completely drained when installed horizontally. The valve is characterized by its flush-mounted design, which eliminates the possibility of any sump. The dead-space-free design enables complete emptying of the tank and optimal CIP/SIP cleaning. The robust construction of the housing (and its connection flange) enables seamless integration into processes. VESTA® tank bottom valves can also be equipped with a side valve. This option is characterized by its compact design and optimal cleaning capabilities, which significantly contribute to process optimization.
