Pinch valves
Pinch valves, also known as pinch valves, are used to control the flow of liquids and gases without the medium coming into contact with the valve’s internal mechanical parts. The valves work by opening or closing a flexible hose, providing gentle and reliable flow control while minimizing the risk of contamination.
Since the fluid comes into contact only with the tubing, pinch valves are particularly suitable for sensitive, sterile, or corrosive fluids. The design eliminates dead spaces and reduces the risk of deposits, blockages, and product residue in the system. This makes the valves a popular choice in medical technology, laboratory equipment, diagnostics, biotechnology, and other applications with high demands for cleanliness and operational reliability.
