Miniature pumps

Parker pump accessories are designed for the BTC (IIS), TTC (IIS) and LTC (IIS) pump models to facilitate filtration and optimize noise reduction.

The BTC series of miniature diaphragm pumps consists of brushed and brushless DC motor driven models with several configurable component options. This makes them flexible for use in vacuum, pressure or alternating vacuum/pressure applications. However, the series is not recommended for new designs, as Parker's BTX-Connect and BTX-Brush series have now replaced BTC. The new ranges offer lower weight, reduced vibration, extended motor capabilities and improved service life, making them better suited to modern and demanding applications.

The BTX series miniature diaphragm pumps are available in both single and double head versions and offer free flow up to 11 l/min. With a width of only 30 mm, the BTX series delivers market-leading reliability in a compact format. Parker's BTX-Connect pumps combine a class-leading diaphragm pump design with innovative connected brushless motor technology, extremely low vibration and advanced manufacturing methods. The result is a next-generation pumping platform, developed to meet the demands of modern, high-performance gas applications and portable devices.

The T2-03 series micro diaphragm pumps are developed for fixed and portable air and gas applications that require high performance in a very compact and lightweight package. The pumps deliver flows up to 2.5 slpm and offer high pressure and vacuum, high efficiency, long life and inherent safety features. The T2-03 series is particularly well suited for air and gas detection, medical applications and demanding industrial environments. The pumps have demonstrated excellent performance in sampling hazardous gases and vapors in both industrial and mining environments, making them a reliable choice for critical monitoring and safety systems.

Parker's 49 mm wide Helix delivers a flow of more than 5.5 LPM and a pressure of up to 100 PSI (6.9 bar). The Helix pump is the best solution for benchtop diagnostic units where performance is critical and space is limited. Helix enables high-pressure operation in challenging high-altitude environments and in applications where external compressed air is not available.

TTC Series miniature diaphragm pumps, available in single or double head, offer industry-leading performance for their size. They can be configured to meet even the most demanding specifications in terms of flow, reliability, efficiency, size and noise level.

The CTS series miniature diaphragm pumps combine compact design with high performance. They deliver up to 2.5 slpm in a package only 20 mm wide. The series can be equipped with three different motor configurations to meet specific application, performance and lifetime requirements. The lightweight and compact design makes the CTS pumps ideal for portable and space-critical applications. Parker has also balanced the pumps to minimize noise and vibration, making them particularly suitable for quiet medical environments, such as patient monitoring and wound care.

Parker's LTC series of miniature diaphragm pumps are compact and versatile units. They can be equipped with both brushed and brushless DC motors and configured to your specific performance requirements. The pumps are designed to handle a wide range of fluids over a large pressure range, making them very flexible in different applications. The LTC Series utilizes Parker's patented Fluid-Blok™ Advanced Sealing Technology, which provides redundant sealing capabilities to effectively eliminate potential leaks. The monolithic diaphragm design offers maximum suction power, excellent priming ability and allows for continuous dry operation. These features make LTC pumps ideal for fluid transfer in demanding environments.
