AIR LOCK for seat valves
Locks the air connection to the control head or actuator

Aseptomag® DDK Double-Chamber Valves
Aseptomag® DDK double-chamber valves are used for mix-proof shut-off of incompatible products at pipe connections in aseptic processing plants.
Welded stainless steel bellows are used to hermetically seal the product area against external contamination. The two integrated steam barriers (ISB) can be operated independently of each other and enable a safe separation of the two product lines, even when valve seat B in the dual internal unit is lifted. The third valve seat provides additional process flexibility and reduces downtime during cleaning. D-tec® W/DV Diverter Valves
D-tec® diverter valves are used for diverter functions in process plants. The valves are particularly well-suited for UltraClean applications, but can also be used in aseptic processes.
The D-tec® spindle diaphragm prevents microorganisms from the atmosphere from entering the product, thereby increasing product and process safety. The innovative connection between the valve spindle and the spindle diaphragm minimizes the mechanical stress on the hermetic sealing element.
Aseptomag® DK Double-Chamber Valves
Aseptomag® double-chamber valves are used for mix-proof isolation of incompatible products at pipe connections in aseptic processing facilities.
A welded stainless steel bellows is used to hermetically seal off the product area from external contamination. The integrated steam barrier (ISB) enables the safe separation of product lines using sterile media and can be safely isolated from the atmosphere via the two integrated side valves.
